Delete Your Account

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data — workout history, plans, programs, personal records and profile — is removed from our servers. An active subscription is not cancelled by deleting the account; cancel it in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Delete from inside the app

Open LiftSmart and go to the Profile tab.
Scroll to the bottom of the profile screen.
Tap Delete account and confirm.

This deletes your training data, profile and authentication record, and for Sign in with Apple accounts also revokes the Apple sign-in token.

Can't access the app?

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, email us at liftsmartsupport@gmail.com from the address linked to your account and we will delete it for you within 30 days.

What about guest accounts?

Guest accounts follow the same in-app deletion path. If a guest account is abandoned (for example after switching to a registered account), it is cleaned up automatically together with its data.
